1. Who is responsible for your data

On-Admin (the "Office") is an administrative agent (행정사) office in Seoul (business registration no. 889-22-02024). The Office decides why and how personal data collected through this website is used. The website is run for the Office by Expert Sapiens (business registration no. 215-03-56446), which operates the servers and the inquiry form on the Office's behalf.

2. What we collect

We process what you give us and what is collected automatically when you use the website.

• Inquiry form: your name, email, phone (optional), company or nationality (optional), your message, and any images or PDF files you attach, including the information inside them.
• Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device details, the pages you visit and where you came from, and cookies or similar identifiers (section 7).
• Error diagnostics: error details and, when an error occurs and for a small share of visits, a recording of the screen session (text and form fields are masked by default).

3. Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and carry out the consultation.
• To carry out the work, if you engage the Office.
• To meet legal obligations.
• To prevent spam and abuse and keep the website secure, including a short-term request limit per IP address.
• To understand visits and diagnose errors so the website can be improved.

4. Consent and basis

We collect and use inquiry-form data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box and sending the form. You may decline, in which case you cannot use the form, but you can contact the Office directly by email or phone. Analytics cookies are handled as described in section 7.

5. Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. Your inquiry is sent by email to the Office's inquiry address so it can answer you. Expert Sapiens, which runs the website, also receives a notification containing the name, email, phone, message and attachments of each inquiry, for support and abuse monitoring. The following providers process data only to provide their service:

• Expert Sapiens: builds and runs the website and inquiry intake.
• Supabase: database and storage of attached files.
• Hetzner: application servers.
• Cloudflare: content delivery, security and cookieless basic traffic statistics.
• Resend: sends the inquiry notification emails.
• Google: Google Analytics (section 7).
• PostHog: usage analytics (section 7).
• Sentry: error monitoring and session diagnostics.
• Umami (self-hosted, analytics.wonsukchoi.com): cookieless visit statistics.
• Authorities or institutions, where the law requires it or where your engagement needs it (for example, a filing), and only to the extent needed for that work.

6. Transfers outside Korea

Your data is stored and processed outside the Republic of Korea. Transfers happen over encrypted connections when you send an inquiry or use the website. If you do not want this, contact the Office directly instead of using the form.

• Supabase, India (Mumbai): inquiry content and attached files; storage and hosting; kept as described in section 8.
• Hetzner, Singapore: data passing through the servers while a request is processed; hosting; not kept after processing.
• Google, PostHog and Sentry, United States: device, usage and error information; analytics and monitoring; per each provider's policy.
• Resend, United States or other countries: the contents of inquiry notification emails; email delivery; per the provider's policy.

7. Cookies and analytics

An essential cookie stores your cookie choice. We measure visits with Google Analytics and PostHog; for visitors in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask for consent before setting analytics cookies, and browsers that send the Global Privacy Control signal are excluded from Google Analytics. Cloudflare and Umami count visits without cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then not work as intended.

8. How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer you and carry out the consultation and, if you engage the Office, for the duration of the work and the period required by law. If you ask us to delete it, we will delete or anonymise it without undue delay unless the law requires us to keep it.

9. Your rights

You may at any time ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to stop processing it, or withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission or the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA, 118).

10. Security

The Office and its providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
